Our rewards system has been carefully and intentionally designed for legal compliance. $SPLASH holders can choose which rewards pools to link their $SPLASH to. Based on their decision, they'll receive a percentage of the total pool at the end of each period when rewards are paid out.
Before each period begins, $SPLASH holders don't know how lucrative each pool will be so will need to assess the potential and decide accordingly. These reward pools are available in exchange for their contributions in supporting the DAO.

This means they permanently burn their $PARTYX in favour of more $SPLASH.
